  • Reduce the heat then gently add the potatoes in a nice and orderly manner. at this point, if you wish to add some sliced bell peppers for garnishing you can do so. After that cover, the pan with foil and allow cooking for 3-4 minutes then gently slide the tortillas into a flat wide plate and the tortilla is ready to be served
  • It may be served chilled or at room temperature.
